Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You can try PhotoWith.AI for free with no credit card required. You’ll get 8 credits to use for generating photos.
What are credits and how many do I need?
Each photo generated on PhotoWith.AI requires one credit. For instance, if your product has four photos, it will use four credits. To estimate the number of credits needed, multiply the number of products you want to upload by the average photos per product on your website.
How do I know when my credits expire?
Credits on monthly plans reset every month. You can check your renewal date on your account page.
What happens to my unused credits?
Our monthly plans include a batch of credits you can use during your monthly plan period. When your monthly plan renews, your credit balance will reset, and you’ll receive a new batch of credits according to your current plan. Our annual plans offer flexible credit rollover between months, as well as attractive discounts.
How do I know how many credits I have remaining?
Your credit balance is always available on the top right corner of your screen. It shows how many credits you’ve used out of the total amount given. For example, if you’ve used 15 out of 60 credits, it will be displayed as: “15 credits of 60 used.”
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you’ve used up all of your credits before your monthly renewal date, we offer the following options:
  • Upgrade to a higher monthly plan to get more credits
  • Upgrade to an annual plan
  • Wait for next month’s credit allocation
How do I make changes to my plan?
You can make changes to your current plan at any time. Simply click the profile icon at the top right of each page, then click “Billing” and select “Change Plan” or “Cancel Plan.”
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! When you purchase one of our annual plans, you get significant benefits:
  • Discounted rate: Get two free months of service (you only pay for 10 months instead of 12)
  • Rollover credits: Receive all your credits upon payment, with a 12-month rollover. This ensures your credits are available to support any peaks in usage or large projects you need to process throughout the year.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept annual invoiced payments and bank transfers for clients on the annual Advanced plan.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time through the “Billing” section in your account settings.
What if the image I got has issues or distortions?
While we always aim for perfection, sometimes things might not go as planned. That’s why we offer a complimentary fix service for every generated photo. Our team of experts is on standby to handle any issues you might encounter. Just click the “Photo Issue” button to access our fix service. Fixes are prioritized depending on your plan:
  • Advanced: Up to 1 business day
  • Pro: Up to 2 business days
